How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 working days, then 3–5 working days to arrive, tracked throughout. Orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment hubs directly to the UK via tracked delivery. Shipping policy →
Will I be charged anything on delivery?

Which fill weight should I buy?
400 g for mild summer nights, 600 g for UK spring and autumn, 800 g for cool three-season use, 1000–1200 g for winter, 1500 g and above for frost and expedition use. If you are between two, take the heavier one. Full fill guide →
Do I need a mat as well?
Yes, if you are sleeping on the ground. Down compressed under your body loses almost all of its loft, so the underside of the bag insulates you barely at all — the mat is what stops the ground taking your heat. To ensure optimum warmth on cold ground, we recommend combining your sleeping bag with an insulated mat. See the mats →
Can I return a bag if it is not right?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unused and in its packaging. That is twice the legal minimum. Refunds go back to your original payment method within five working days of us receiving it. Returns policy →
How do I wash a down bag without ruining it?
Wash only when necessary, with a down-specific detergent on a cold gentle cycle, and never dry clean. Tumble dry low with two clean tennis balls until the clusters separate — expect two or three cycles. Store it loose, never compressed.
