1. Who we are

This website is owned and operated by NAZMIEV TRADING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16638870, trading as Northern Warmth Gear. Registered office: Nexus House, Office R4, 66 Queens Court Trading Estate, Greets Green Road, West Bromwich, West Midlands, England, B70 9EQ, United Kingdom.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean NAZMIEV TRADING LTD; “you” means the person placing an order.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you accept them. We may amend them at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

3. How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not conclude the contract. A contract exists only when we email to confirm that the goods have been dispatched.

If we cannot supply an item — because it is out of stock, or because a price or description was wrong — we will tell you and refund any sum you have paid. We are not obliged to supply at an incorrect price.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is free within the United Kingdom.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

All UK VAT and import customs clearance are pre-paid by us under DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) terms. You will not be asked for any further payment on delivery; see our Shipping Policy.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment hubs. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from dispatch, following 1–3 working days of processing (total delivery time 4–8 working days). These are estimates, not guarantees, but if delivery has not happened within 30 days of the contract you may cancel and receive a full refund.

6. Product information

We publish the confirmed physical specification of every item: for sleeping bags the insulation type, fill weight, lining, shape and dimensions; for mats the thickness, inflated and packed size, weight and material; for tents and shelters the waterproof rating of the flysheet and the floor, the pole material and the packed weight.

Seasonal and temperature guidance shown on our listings and in our Sizing & Fill Guide is a recommendation to help you choose the right option for your trips. How warm and dry you are outdoors depends on the complete sleep system — bag, mat and shelter together — and on your clothing, food, pitch and physiology.

Product photographs are supplied by the manufacturers who produce our products and show the actual items we sell. Colours may vary slightly between screens and production batches.

Our products are manufactured to our specification by our international manufacturing partners and sold under our own brand, Northern Warmth Gear. They are not produced by, or affiliated with, any other outdoor brand. Orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment hubs directly to the UK via tracked delivery.

7. Your right to cancel

You may cancel within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy, which exceeds the 14-day minimum under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. That policy forms part of these terms.

8. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order we will contact you, and you may cancel and receive a full refund for undelivered goods.

11. Use of this website

The content of this site — text, photographs, specifications and layout — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You may not use the site fraudulently or in any way that damages it.

12. Complaints and disputes

Email support@northernwarmthgear.com and we will respond within one working day. If we cannot resolve matters between us, you may bring court proceedings.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
