• Tents & Shelters: We state complete flysheet and floor waterproof ratings, pole materials, packed weights, and pitched dimensions.

All product specifications are confirmed with the manufacturer before a listing is published. Product photographs are supplied by the manufacturers and show the actual items we sell.

How We Source and Deliver

Our products are made to our specification by our international manufacturing partners and sold under our own brand. We do not hold stock in the UK. Orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment hubs directly to the UK via tracked delivery.

• Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed in 1–3 working days and delivered to your UK address within 3–5 working days of dispatch, 4–8 working days in total, fully tracked end-to-end.
• No Unexpected Fees (DDP): UK VAT and import duties are 100% pre-paid by NAZMIEV TRADING LTD under Delivered Duty Paid terms. The price you see at checkout is final; the carrier will never ask you for additional fees at your door.
