Description
Three metres across, in silver-coated polyester. Pitch it over a hammock, rig it as a porch in front of a tent, throw it on wet ground under a mat, or use it as a groundsheet the tent floor never has to touch.
Two sizes
- 300 × 300 cm — the square. Enough to cover a tent porch or a hammock with room to sit underneath.
- 300 × 400 cm — a metre longer down one side, for a cooking area alongside the shelter, or for two hammocks.

Poles are not included. Pitch it between trees, off a hammock, or over walking poles you already carry.
Pitching it in rain
Pitch it taut, with a clear fall to one edge, so rain runs off rather than pooling in the middle. A sagging tarp collects water, and that is what puts any fabric under strain. Tie out every corner and it will sit through a wet British weekend.
Why we sell one
A tarp is the cheapest way to make a small tent liveable in rain. It gives you somewhere dry to cook, take boots off and leave a pack, which is the difference between a tolerable wet weekend and a miserable one.

UK VAT and import customs are pre-paid by us under DDP terms. The price at checkout is the final price and the carrier will not ask you for anything at the door.
Returns — 30 days, no reason needed
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item — twice the legal minimum under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. No explanation is required.
The item must come back unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, including any stuff sack or storage bag it arrived with. Checking the size and the fit indoors is fine and does not affect your right to return.
Email support@northernwarmthgear.com with your order number and we will reply within one working day with a return authorisation number and the return address. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the item reaching us; your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show the credit. If an item is faulty, wrong or never arrived, we refund the full amount including any delivery cost you paid — send us photographs and you do not need to return it before we act.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
